You are viewing a plain-text format email, you probably want to use html format instead.
Ensure that the campaign is html formatted, and that the subscribers have chosen to be sent html formatted emails
If you are looking at a test message then phplist should have sent an html formatted email too.

How can i set " Send this subscriber HTML emails" 1 while uploading subscribers instead of giving it manually to a single email id.
While uploading subscribers list its automatically being set to 0 as shown in above image
When importing a file the default setting is for html emails. Maybe you have done something differently.
