Campaign email status is sent but didn't received any email

I’m sending new campaign to subscribed users every time, status of campaign is sent in database but not receiving any campaign email. it works for send test. kindly help me with this

have you tryed to send same subscriber which u sent a test email?. try that .

u have to manually process the queue , by clicking on it ,test email process directly , for automated process queue, u need to create cron .

after trying send test (send test works ) i manually process the queue for same subscriber, still not receiving any email , any other sugession?

during process queue , there you can see 1 message process something?

@nitnet2k, yes, 1 message processing and in the end all done, but still no email received , how to resolve this problem ?
