I have a particular email address that I need to add to our blacklist. I am not sure where that would be located in the install of the current version. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
In the top navigation select Subscribers>Search Subscribers
Enter the email address in the search box & click the “GO” button.
The address you’re looking for will show up beneath the search box.
Click on the email address the system found.
That will open the Subscriber Profile page with the details.
Click the button that says “Add to blacklist”.
Scroll down and click "Save Changes.
