Probably a typo of blocked.

And to answer the OP… you can’t really know. You can sort of get a feel for how many are received using the stats provided within phpList, but it’s not perfect. There are many things that can happen that would prevent completely accurate tracking, due to configuration of systems on the receiving end, user choices, etc.

Agreed. Setting up and monitoring bounce s within phpList will also help - blocked IPs should show up there with statements concerning blocklists.
