500 Internal Server Error

Suddenly phpList stop working. This is the error message
"The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request.
Please contact the server administrator,
webmaster@xxxx.zz and inform them of the time the error occurred,
and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error.
More information about this error may be available
in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
Any suggestion?

Sorry to say, you’ve given us so little info about your set up anything we suggest is going to be a wild guess, shot in the dark sort of thing.

What version of phpList are you running? What version of PHP has your server?

So we have to assume it’s been working, so what has changed?

Info please.

phpList version is 3.2.1
PHP version is 5.4.45
Nothing was changed in settings.
the only changes were input subscribers and campaign.
Suddenly i got this message.

This is the problem, something has changed.[quote=“mladenciric, post:1, topic:1393”]

Could you please check with your host to see if they have changed some server settings.
Also, it may be well worth your time to update phpList to the current 3.2.4 version.
Also check if your server includes MySQLi.

I just spoke whit Hosting administrator and he told me that nothing has changed on server.
Other details about hosting are:
Apache Version
2.2.31
PHP Version
5.4.45
MySQL Version
5.5.47-cll
Architecture
x86_64
Operating System
linux

phpList now seems to need to use MySQLi rather than MySQL these days.
