Hi,

Sorry for beeing not very trained with community postings. As the title says:

24hours limit of 50 mails in 24 hours although I purchased a payplan for up to 5000 subscribers and 1000000 Mails a month.

Just having booked that plan I tried to send a Mail to about 500 subscribers. When I checked if it was send it says "50 mails send. Daily limit reached. And a countdown for the next 50 to be send in 24 hours. Am I doing something wrong? This limit is supposed for the free trial account but not for a payedplan right? I hope to get an answer from anyone on this. I tried to contact the support some times today, still waiting for answers.

Unfortunately, you do need to contact phpList support via your phpList hosting CP, this is not something we can help you with on this forum.
