last week I could no more log in, getting instead the below message. I fought it’s something wrong so I made another installation and so on. Unfortunately now it come back the same problem: What would be the best advice? thank you in advance.

Server unable to read htaccess file, denying access to be safe dditionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Please explain further, where are you having a problem? On these forums?
Or if on your phplist installation? If so, what version, what url, does that match the url for $pageroot in your config.php file?
The first url was: http://rodit.ro/phplist
The second url, related to my 2nd installation as the first worked no more given the error as said, is: http://rodit.ro/Secondphplist.
Both errors occurred while editing the database, i.e. either importing some email address or erasing some address.
Well, a quick search on Google for your error message suggests that the issue is with your .htaccess file, possibly something’s got changed that’s blocking access. I suggest you try to rename it using your cPanel software from .htaccess to htaccess.txt so you can see if that let’s you back in to your phplists.
It’s not a phpList issue, but a server issue, possibly a corrupt file or something. If you can’t access the files, I suggest a support ticket to your host.
