Is there any way to remove the logo on the bottom of emails without having to purchase the full package for a monthly subscription?

Considering the amount of work done by the phpList team, and you get to use it for free, do you honestly expect us to give you details on how to do that? 
No, of course not I was just wondering if there was a one-time payment to remove this rather than take out a subscription just for doing this one small thing? I know it gives you credit and I completely understand.
