Attributes section does not appear on add or edit a subscribe page

Just had PHPLIST installed on my server via softalicous…PHPLIST is most current version
I added a subscribe page…but saw no reference to adding attributes either in adding or editing the page. Not sure why it doesn[t show or how to correct the problem.

Have you configured any attributes first?

No…where should I do that? The manual and I don’t agree with comprehension
